Fenugreek Seeds and Honey Hair Mask

Hello
Now a days every third person is suffering with hair problems. I am also one of them. I have tired lot of shampoos, oils & tips. But didn't get desired results. Hair fall and dandruff are my major hair issues. My hair started thinning after hair dying. After watching a lot of tutorials I decided to try this mask.  Its very easy to make.

Ingredients:
  • Fenugreek Seeds
  • Honey
  • Water

  • Take two table spoon of fenugreek seeds. (You can take according to your hair length)
  • Soak the seeds in water over night that will make the seeds soft and easy to grind.

  •  Strain the excess water and then blend it. Remember add 1 tablespoon water in blender then it will blend in a good way. Otherwise it will repel the seeds.

  • Paste will be in this form. It will be thick.

  •  Add honey in this paste.

  •  Add 1 tablespoon honey.  Honey is food for hair. Having so many benefits.

  •  Mix it well and final look will be like this.

  • Apply the paste on scalp and hair. Divide the hair in section and then apply.
  • Leave it for 1-2 hours.
  • Wash it well with shampoo. (I am using two shampoo Johnson Baby + Polytar)
Benefits:
  • After wash you will feel the sleek hair.
  • Preventing the dandruff.
  • It stops the hair fall.
  • It adds shine in hair.
  • Its best for hair to get rid of major hair issues.
  • Scalp will be neat.
  • No itchy skin after wash.
Use:
  • Twice or thrice a month.
  • For best results try at least once a week.
Cons:
  • No side effect.

I am using it on regular basis. My hair are getting healthy and less hair fall and dandruff. I have kept the paste in fridge. Because honey in it  so no chance of rot. You can also keep the paste for 2 weeks in fridge, I cannot make it on weekly. So I have made the excess paste and stored in fridge. Its best ever hair mask.

                                                                      After Shower

  • To wash hair with mask is also a challenge for me. If it get dries then it takes a little bit effort. So use bulk quantity of water and with the help of pores rub the mask. Once the mask get washed then apply the shampoo.
